England and Scotland will face off in Glasgow on September 6, 2018 in the first Test match in the Scottish Premiership.
The game will kick off at 2.15pm ET on BBC One and BBC Sport will be bringing live coverage of the match.
England have won the past two matches in Scotland, taking a 22-20 victory in Glasgow in October.
The opening Test match was played in Edinburgh in September 2017 when England beat Scotland 26-23.
In the first match of the 2018-19 season, England took on Scotland in Edinburgh, with Jamie Vardy and Jamie Vunipola both scoring.
The home side have won their last five meetings in Glasgow and have not lost in the past six years.
Scotland have not won a home Test in Scotland since the 2015-16 campaign when they lost 23-21 to Wales.
Scotland, who have won 10 of their last 13 home Tests in the Premiership, will face England in the opening game in a two-Test series that is being developed in conjunction with the Football Association of Scotland.
The fixture will be played on the same day that England will play Argentina in Buenos Aires for the first time since the 2002 World Cup in the Argentine capital.
